Isolation and Identification of Phenolic Compounds from the Plant Residues of Hordeum sp. and Brassica sp.by Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

The current study included qualitative diagnosis and quantitative estimation of some active compounds in two types weeds, namely wild mustard Hordeum sp. barley Brassica results showed that these plants contained several chemical were diagnosed as phenolic acids. Wild three compounds, namely: Galic acid, Resorsenol, Vanillin While four benzoic acid. also variation the concentration extracts weed residues.
